In connection with the Odd Semester Learning Assessment for the 2026/2027 Academic Year, to be held from 09 November 2026 to 18 November 2026, the following regulations apply to the Odd Semester Learning Assessment for the 2026/2027 Academic Year:
👔 Uniform Requirements (Point 3)
👨💼 Male Students
- Long-sleeved white shirt
- Black fabric trousers
- Plain black tie
👩💼 Female Students
- White kebaya
- Batik skirt
- Plain green hijab
- All students must wear shoes (strappy sandals are not permitted for female students)
📜 Learning Assessment Regulations — 10 Points
- Students are required to bring their Study Plan Card (KRS) to the Learning Assessment;
- The Study Plan Card must have a formal photo of the student attached;
- Students must wear uniforms as follows:
- male students wear a long-sleeved white shirt, black fabric trousers, and a plain black tie;
- female students wear a white kebaya, a batik skirt, and a plain green hijab;
- all students must wear shoes (strappy sandals are not permitted for female students);
- students who do not comply with point 3 will not be permitted to take the Assessment.
- Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the Learning Assessment begins;
- No make-up Learning Assessment will be given to students who arrive late, mistake the schedule, or have other reasons that cannot be tolerated (except in cases of illness supported by a medical certificate, a bereavement in the family, or performing Umrah supported by an Umrah certificate);
- For students taking a make-up Learning Assessment for the reasons stated above, the make-up Learning Assessment is left to the respective lecturer of the course;
- Students with a schedule conflict must report immediately to the Committee of the Learning Assessment in room 1.05 on the day of the conflict so that a make-up Learning Assessment can be arranged promptly. Students who report after the day of the conflict will not be served for a make-up Learning Assessment (the decision is returned to the course lecturer);
- Students sit according to their attendance list number as assigned in the Learning Assessment classroom;
- The answer sheet submitted by students during the Learning Assessment must be the answer sheet provided by the assessment supervisor in the classroom;
- Students who leave the assessment room while the assessment is in progress (to go to the toilet or for other purposes) must fill in the Permission Form during the assessment, available from the assessment supervisor, and leave their mobile phone and smartwatch in the assessment room.
This notice is issued to be observed and implemented. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

In connection with the Even Semester Mid-Semester Evaluation (ETS) for the 2025/2026 Academic Year, to be held from 20 April 2026 to 02 May 2026, the following regulations apply to the Mid-Semester Evaluation:
👔 Uniform Requirements (Points 3 & 4)
👨💼 Male Students
- Long-sleeved white shirt
- Black fabric trousers
- Plain black belt
👩💼 Female Students
- White kebaya
- Batik skirt
- Plain green hijab
📜 ETS Regulations — 10 Points
- Students are required to bring their stamped Study Plan Card (KRS) to the ETS.
- The Study Plan Card must display a formal photo of the student.
- Students wear uniforms as specified in the Uniform Requirements section above.
- Female students who do not comply with the uniform requirements in point 3 will not be permitted to take the exam.
- Students are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the ETS begins.
- No make-up ETS will be given to students who arrive late or have other reasons that cannot be tolerated, except:
- Illness supported by a medical certificate from a doctor, accompanied by a statement from the family
- Performing the Umrah pilgrimage, supported by an official certificate
- For students taking a make-up ETS for the reasons stated above, the make-up ETS is left to the respective course lecturer.
- Students with a schedule conflict must report immediately to the ETS Committee in room 1.05 on the day of the conflict so that a make-up ETS can be arranged promptly.
- Students who report after the day of the conflict will not be served for a make-up ETS
- The decision is returned to the course lecturer
- Students sit according to their attendance list number as assigned in the ETS classroom.
- The answer sheet submitted during the ETS must be the answer sheet provided by the exam supervisor in the classroom.
