Pekanbaru, September 26, 2025 – The Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Riau (FH UIR), successfully held a public lecture featuring prominent national figure Rocky Gerung as the keynote speaker. The event carried the theme “Strengthening Moral Integrity, Ethics, and Academic Values Towards Indonesia Emas 2045” and took place on Friday, September 26, 2025, at the Soeman HS Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Faculty of Law Building, UIR.
The program ran from 08.00 to 11.00 WIB, officially opened by the Rector of Universitas Islam Riau, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Admiral, S.H., M.H., along with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rosyidi Hamzah, S.H., M.H.. The session was moderated by Dr. Selvi Harvia Santri, S.H., M.H.
As the main speaker, Rocky Gerung delivered his insights on the importance of cultivating moral integrity, ethical awareness, and academic responsibility in preparing the golden generation of Indonesia towards 2045. His presence was highly anticipated to inspire and broaden the perspectives of UIR’s academic community, particularly the students of the Faculty of Law.
